Registration Procedure

Registration for the conference takes two steps:

Step 1: Registration Form

All conference participants MUST submit their Registration Form online. This form includes personal information and all required information for Visa Application Procedure.

Step 2: Registration Fee Payment

Registration fee is shown in the table below. Payment is to be made in cash on arrival at the conference in Tehran.

Registration Fee for Participant Includes:

• Lunches, dinner and and refreshments for one day
• Paper publication in conference proceedings

Registration Fee for Aaccompanying Person Includes:

• Visa application procedure in Iran (this is one part of visa application process; Please see here)
• Attendance at cultural evening program
• Exposure visit

Please notice that the registration fee does not cover travel, accommodation, local transport and incidental personal expenses.

Optional Service for Accommodation

For those who would prefer their accommodation and local transport to be arranged by the organizer, we offer a service including overnight accommodation with breakfast and local transportation (between venue, hotel and airport) as follow:

Visa Application Procedure

In order to apply and get your visa, first you must submit all required information which is included in the conference Registration Form. After receiving your filled registration form, we will apply to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iran. Once approved, your visa will be authorized by the MFA and faxed to the Iranian embassy or consulate near you. We will give you a visa authorization number with which you can refer to the embassy or consulate to get your visa. The visa authorization number, however, is valid only in the embassy or consulate mentioned in your registration form as the place wherein you prefer your visa to be issued. The number we give you is just an “authorization”. This reference number means that your visa has been authorized and approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs but it is not the visa itself.

After we give you the authorization number you should first get a visa application form from the embassy or consulate and follow the requirements of the application form (you may either personally go to the consulate to get the application forms or – if the service available – download it from the website of the Iranian embassy in your country). Then you should refer to the embassy or consulate to lodge your passport and application forms with the visa number we have given you (it can be either a physical presence or by mail depending on the consulate facilities). Then it might take from one to five days for the consulate to issue your visa.

So, if you would like to attend the conference just fill out the online Registration Form and then wait for your authorization number to be emailed to you by us.
